Tech Solutions offers quick and reliable computer service at reasonable prices for both residential and small to medium sized businesses. We offer complete on-site or pickup service. No need to haul your desktop, laptop, or notebook computer to a computer repair shop every time it needs service or repair only to wait a week or more to get it back. Tech Solutions will come directly to your home or office and solve your IT problems right on the spot.

About The Owner

Tech Solutions' owner has over 25 years of experience with computers; with 13 of those years where he has gained progressive experience in medium to large corporations such as Kaiser Permamente, U.S. Census Bureau, U.S. Air Force, and Perot Systems.

He has worked on everything from small networks of less than 10 machines to supervising a team of seasoned IT professionals who provided remote support of more than 200,000 Wintel client workstations, over 9,000 Wintel servers, 1,400 Citrix servers and over 40,000 various network attached devices operating in a 24/7 mission critical enterprise network. He wants to share that experience with both residential and small to medium sized businesses, where normally prices to receive such experience would be too costly.

He currently holds the following Degrees & Certifications:

• BS: CIS (Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems)
• MCITP: EA (Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Administrator)
• MCITP: SA (Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Server Administrator)
• MCITP: EST (Micosoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Support Technician)
• MCTS: BDD: (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Business Desktop Deployment)
• MCSE: (Microsoft Certified System Engineer)
• MCP: Microsoft Certified Professional

About Our Technicians

At Tech Solutions, we believe in hiring only seasoned IT professionals. Each technician must have at a minimum 2 years of experience in the IT field. They must also have at least either an A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification. So you can rest assured that your computer and network systems will be taken care of.

For those small to medium sized businesses that require more advanced experience, Tech Solutions will require technicians have more advanced certifications such as Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and/or Cisco certification; along with at least 3 years of IT experience.

We will only send qualified professionals to your home or place of business to help fulfill your needs.
