Remote Tech Support For Faster Service

Remote computer support allows us to perform all of the above services without the need to step foot into your home. No need for you to unhook your computer and physically take it somewhere to have it serviced.

In-Home Support

If you have a hardware issue that cannot be fixed remotely, then don't worry. Tech Solutions provides "In-Home" (also known as "on-site") support.

We believe that because you are the customer, you should not have to try and figure out how to unhook all the cables that are behind your computer; or how to hook it all back up once service is complete. That is why we come to you.

We will make an appointment that is beneficial to your schedule. Once we are at your home, we will perform any service needed. You can even stay, watch, and ask questions. We want you to be completely comfortable with the level of service you get from Tech Solutions.

We only ask that you agree to the following:

  • Either you or another adult aged 18+ be at your home at all times while service is being performed. This person should know all login and password information for the computer being serviced.
  • The above person must also be able to understand, agree, and sign any necessary documentation needed to give consent prior to any work being started.
  • At the completion of service, the above person must be able to pay for services rendered. (Click here to see what forms of payments are accepted).
  • A clear and safe path to and around your computer system be made prior to the technician arriving at your home. This includes securing any dogs or other dangerous animals, and moving any dangerous or breakable items away from the computer area where service is to be performed.
  • That you hold a valid "licensed" copy of any software you wish to be installed. (Pirated/illegal software will not be installed).
  • All animals must be placed in another room if they are located in the same room as your computer. This is to ensure the safety of both the animal and the technician.
  • For their safety, we ask that all children are kept away from the area/room where the computer is to be serviced while the technician is there working.

Pickup & Delivery Service

Tech Solutions also offers free "Pickup & Delivery" service to our customers located within our service areas. This means there is no need for you to disconnect anything, and no need to try to figure out which wires connect to which ports when you get your computer back.

Some customers prefer this type of service as it is easier on their schedules. We pickup, we service, we deliver. Just let us know when you contact us that you would like "Pickup & Delivery".
