Description of Picture.Here at Tech Solutions we want you to be completely satisfied with the service we provide. If something we service fails to work properly within 30 days after we leave your premises, we will comeback and solve your issue with no additional charge to you.

If you need us to come service your equipment again, please contact us to make an appointment.

The following are the only exceptions:

  • Hardware failure due to power surges, accidental damage, end-of-life, relocation, or "Acts of God"
  • Software/data corruption caused by viruses, spyware, and/or adware
  • Issues caused by changes to software/hardware settings after Tech Solutions leaves your premises
  • Issues caused by software/hardware upgrades that Tech Solutions did not perform
  • Data loss due to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or failure to backup data
  • Network/data loss due to disconnection of network wires, settings changed on wired/wireless routers, or additional hardware installed or removed from the network after Tech Solution leaves your premises.

No Charge Guarantee

Sometimes, we may not be able to repair/upgrade an outdated piece of hardware, or upgrade/transfer an older piece of software. If for any reason this happens, you will not be charged unless you require us to install new hardware/software to replace the outdated one.

If we are servicing more than one issue for you and the above happens, you will not be charged for that item only. All other items will be charged normal rates.
